Maison Dubernet was founded in 1864, in Saint-Sever in the Landes region. It is one of the oldest companies specialised in the production of foie gras, pre-prepared meals and charcuterie in France. Our supplies come from the best producers in southwestern France: IGP South-West certified ducks from a group of farmers in Saint-Sever, geese from Périgord, pigs sourced from the same supplier since 1972,… Then the products are entirely prepared by hand, using traditional methods and know-how, in our foie gras and charcuterie manufactories.
